Heart of Art StudioService Description
A gentle movement practice with an emphasis on meditation and breath. Please bring your own mat and a water bottle. All levels welcome, however should be able to get up and down off of the floor. Pay online for a single class or save per class with a pack of 8. You are also welcome to pay in cash the day of class. Drop-in cash rates are $20/class.
